A thoughtfully designed retreat to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond — combining naturopathic nutrition and trauma-informed menopause-yoga.

This experience is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and gain practical tools to support your wellbeing during this transition.

Menopause Foundations

A focused session on the key pillars of wellbeing — nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress — and how they influence your hormonal health.

Yoga & Nervous System Support

A guided practice designed to support the body during menopause, including breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement to ease symptoms such as stress and hot flushes.
Includes a personalised oil rollerball to take home.

Nourishing Break

Enjoy a selection of homemade, nutrient-rich foods, thoughtfully prepared to support energy, balance, and overall wellbeing.
