My Story

Long before I trained as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, I was a girl who didn't feel well — and didn't feel heard.

From a young age, I knew what it was like to live in a body that wasn't quite right. As a young woman, those struggles continued — painful periods, recurring health issues, and several hospital stays along the way. I was often told that what I was experiencing was "normal," but somewhere deep inside, I knew my body was trying to tell me something more.

I've always believed in the quiet wisdom of nature and in the body's remarkable ability to heal when given the right support. But for many years, I didn't know where to begin, or how to care for myself truly.

Becoming a mother changed everything.

When my first child arrived, my curiosity about nutrition deepened into something more urgent. As my growing family began facing their own health challenges, I started to see — really see — how profoundly food and lifestyle shape not only physical health, but energy, mood, hormones, and the way we move through life. What began as a personal search for answers slowly became a passion. And as I learned, I began supporting my family through their own challenges, and I witnessed real, lasting change.

That was the turning point. I realised this wasn't simply something I was drawn to — it was something I was meant to do.

In 2025, I qualified as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), where my training brought together modern nutritional science and traditional naturopathic principles — teaching me to see and support the body as a whole, not as a list of separate symptoms.

Today, I am a proud mother of three remarkable children, a wife, a woman who has walked her own healing path — and a practitioner who believes deeply that no one should feel dismissed or unheard when it comes to their own health. Food is not about restriction or perfection. It is about listening to your body, learning its language, and working with it rather than against it.

In a world overflowing with information, I offer something simpler: clear, evidence-based guidance alongside warm, personalised support. Whether you are at the beginning of your own journey or somewhere in the middle of it, I would love to walk alongside you.

The story behind NutriBalance

The name NutriBalance came from something our family had always returned to in our conversations — the idea that life, in all its forms, comes down to balance. Balance in how we eat, how we move, how we rest, and how we live.

One evening, the word simply settled — and it felt right. It captured everything I believe in: nourishing the body and mind to create balance from within.
