I’m a proud mum of three amazing kids, and my passion for nutrition began after having my first child ten years ago. When my family faced some health challenges, I became deeply curious about how food influences our bodies, our energy, and our overall wellbeing. What started as a personal journey soon evolved into a lifelong mission to share the healing power of nutrition with others.
Over time, I realised how much the right foods and lifestyle choices can help us find balance — in energy, mood, and long-term health. This inspired me to train and qualify as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), where I have successfully graduated in 2025 with comprehensive training in modern nutrition and naturopathic principles.
Today, my passion is to help others reconnect with their bodies, understand what truly nourishes them, and create sustainable changes that bring lasting vitality.

The Story Behind NUTRIBALANCE
The name NUTRIBALANCE was inspired by something we often talked about as a family — that life is all about finding balance. Balance in how we live, how we work, how we move, and what we eat. One morning, the word NUTRIBALANCE just came to me — it felt like the perfect reflection of everything we believe in: nourishing the body and mind to create balance from within.
