What to Expect & What's Included
Before Your Consultation:
Before we meet, you'll receive a Pre-Consultation Questionnaire and a 5-Day Food Diary to complete. These help me build a detailed picture of your health, diet, and lifestyle, so our time together can focus on what matters most to you. If you've had any blood tests or other investigations within the last six months, I'll ask you to share them with me in advance so I can review them before our session and make the most of our time together.
Your Initial Consultation (90 minutes):
Your consultation is a comprehensive 1:1 session, available in person, online, or by phone. Together, we'll explore your symptoms, medical background, diet, lifestyle, and any contributing factors in depth. This package is especially suited to those with longer-standing or more complex health concerns, where there are often several pieces of the puzzle to work through. Where helpful, we may also discuss functional testing — advanced tests that offer deeper insight into what's happening beneath the surface, allowing us to tailor your plan with even greater precision. Our goal is to restore balance, improve your well-being, and help you feel truly empowered in your health journey.
Your Personalised Naturopathic Plan:
Within five working days of your consultation, you'll receive your tailored Naturopathic Nutrition Plan, designed around your goals, preferences, and lifestyle.
This includes:
Individualised dietary recommendations
Targeted lifestyle and self-care strategies
Personalised supplement recommendations (if required)
Recipes, meal ideas, and a shopping list (if required) to make putting your plan into practice easy and enjoyable
Up to six educational handouts, created to help you understand and apply your key recommendations with confidence
Because three months gives us more time together, your plan can also evolve in phases — beginning with gentle, foundational changes before progressing to deeper support as your body responds.
Ongoing Support:
Ongoing support is at the heart of this package — it's what turns a plan on paper into real, lasting change. Over your three months, you'll have 6 x 30-minute check-in calls, one every two weeks, to review your progress, answer any questions, and make sure you feel fully supported every step of the way. These regular check-ins give us the chance to fine-tune your plan as we go, making any adjustments needed so it continues to work for your body and fits comfortably into your life. With more time to work together, we can build on what's working, adjust what isn't, and help new habits become second nature.
You won't be left to figure things out alone — I'll be right alongside you, keeping you motivated and on track.
