What to Expect & What's Included

Before Your Consultation:

Before we meet, you'll receive a Pre-Consultation Questionnaire and a 5-Day Food Diary to complete. These help me understand your current health, diet, and lifestyle, so our time together can focus on the areas that matter most to you. If you've had any recent blood tests or other investigations, I'll ask you to share them with me in advance so I can review them before our session.

Your Initial Consultation (90 minutes):

Your consultation is a comprehensive 1:1 session, available in person, online, or by phone. Together, we'll explore your symptoms, medical background, diet, lifestyle, and any contributing factors in depth. This allows us to uncover the root causes of imbalance and begin building a personalised plan that supports your body's natural ability to heal. Where helpful, we may also discuss functional testing — advanced tests that can offer deeper insight into what's happening beneath the surface, allowing us to tailor your plan with even greater precision. Our goal is to restore balance, improve your well-being, and help you feel truly empowered in your health journey.

Your Personalised Naturopathic Plan:

Within five working days of your consultation, you'll receive your tailored Naturopathic Nutrition Plan, designed around your goals, preferences, and lifestyle.

This includes:

  • Individualised dietary recommendations

  • Targeted lifestyle and self-care strategies

  • Personalised supplement recommendations (if required)

  • Recipes, meal ideas, and a shopping list (if required) to make putting your plan into practice easy and enjoyable

  • Up to three educational handouts, created to help you understand and apply your key recommendations with confidence

Ongoing Support Throughout your 8 weeks:

Ongoing support is one of the most important parts of your journey — it's what turns a plan on paper into real, lasting change.

Throughout your 8 weeks, you'll have 4 x 30-minute check-in calls, one every 2 weeks, to review your progress, answer any questions, and ensure you feel fully supported every step of the way. These regular check-ins also give us the chance to fine-tune your plan as we go, making any adjustments needed so it continues to work for your body and fits comfortably into your life.

You won't be left to figure things out alone — I'll be right alongside you, keeping you motivated and on track.
