Jo Grobel-Homeopath

Hi, my name is Jo, and I am a licensed homeopath working online with clients across the UK and several countries worldwide.

I first discovered homeopathy in my teens when experiencing typical teenage issues such as exam stress and anxiety. I was immediately fascinated by how such a gentle, natural and ancient form of treatment can have such a profound and life-changing effect on the whole body, both physically and mentally. Homeopathic remedies do not simply suppress symptoms like conventional medicine, rather, they provoke a reaction in the body to heal itself, which it is very good at doing, when allowed to.
I have now been practising homeopathy for around 15 years, since the birth of my first child, when I began to question the conventional drugs which are freely prescribed to babies and children. Since then, I trained to become a professional homeopath at South Downs School of Homeopathy and also had two more children. My three children have all had the usual childhood illnesses, all of which have been treated naturally, through homeopathy.

It is a pleasure to treat people of all ages, with all sorts of ailments, ranging from everyday ailments such as cold and flu symptoms, styes, cold sores, urine infections, through to longer-term ailments such as asthma, eczema, anxiety and depression, and menopausal symptoms, to name just a few.

I first met Elina several years ago when I treated her oldest daughter for childhood eczema. Elina and I soon became great friends. I was instantly drawn to her wonderfully warm, upbeat and positive energy. I was also immediately inspired by all of the wholesome meals she gave her children and began to follow her journey closely as she trained to become a naturopathic nutritional therapist.

Our therapies share the same technique of treating our clients individually and holistically, and tailoring our plans to each of our clients’ individual symptom picture and lifestyle.
